Egg Cell

A thick,rich tissue that lines the walls of the uterus during pregnancy and that nourishes the fetus

A tube that connects the mothers placenta to the fetus

The passing of traits from parents to their children

Threadlike structures found within the nucleus of a cell that carry the codes of the inherited traits
