Food Codes
Science based recommendations on food safety regulations for city, country, state, and tribal agencies that regulate foodservice for retail food operations, vending operations, schools, and day-care centers, and hospitals and nursing homes.
Health Inspector
City, country, or state staff members who conduct foodservice inspections. Health inspectors also known as sanitarians, health officials, and environmental health specialist.
