Trail of Tears
The Trail of Tears was a series of forced relocations of Native American nations in the United States following the Indian Removal Act of 1830.
Tariff of Abominations

Indian Removal Act
The Indian Removal Act was passed by Congress on May 28, 1830, during the presidency of Andrew Jackson. The law authorized the president to negotiate with Indian tribes in the Southern United States for their removal to federal territory west of the Mississippi River in exchange for their ancestral homelands.
Bank War
The Bank War refers to the political struggle that developed over the issue of rechartering the Second Bank of the United States During the Andrew Jackson administration.

The Whig Party was a political party active in the middle of the 19th century in the United States of America. Four Presidents of the United States were members of the Whig Party.
Two Party System
A two-party system is a system where two major political parties dominate politics within a government. One of the two parties typically holds a majority in the legislature and is usually referred to as the majority party while the other is the minority party.
Spoils System
political party, after winning an election, gives government jobs to its supporters, friends and relatives as a reward for working toward victory.
