I&D plus bactrim, clinda, or doxy

oral acyclovir x 5 days plus all lesions must be scabbed over and no new lesions in 72 hours
HSV-1 infection common to wrestlers
heat exhaustion
core temp <39 degrees
can have nausea/vomiting/etc but MUST LACK Altered mental status
any mental status changes -> heat stroke
