Change Order

RFI

Application and Certificate for Payment
Formal document used by the contractor to get paid for work completed
Progress Photographs
Visual recording including pictures that show specific events at the job site or work progress over time
Meeting Minutes
Notes from weekly meetings. Includes issues discussed, action dates, and persons responsible.
Diaries
Daily Report
Document kept by the superintendent that records the day-to-day activities and conditions on the job site.
Shop Drawings
Detailed and precise drawings that translate the intent of the design documents into a buildable system.
Monthly Report
Reports sent monthly to the owner’s organization and the project team that shows job progress to date, cash flow actuals and projected, an updated schedule with critical path, change requests, and so on.
