What is a project champion?
A project champion is and individual with the task of advocating & promoting the benefits of pursuing the project and to overcome funding constraints or problems with resource allocation

What is a good project management?
A good project management means that things get done on time, within budget, and meet or exceed the expectations of the business.
What are project groups?
Project groups provide opportunities for job enlargement and synergy as workers are often allowed to take a variety of different tasks within the group.
What are external consultants?
External consultants are often brought in when an organisation does not have the expertise itself or where its management needs to remain focused on existing business.
