Emotional/ Mental well-being : Mental health is central to an employee’s ability to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in response to stress, anxiety, and other challenges. Emotional resilience helps employees maintain a balanced state of mind, which is vital for managing workplace demands effectively.
SOCIAL Well-being: Social well-being emphasizes an employee’s ability to form and maintain healthy positive relationships, both within and outside the workplace.
SOCIETAL : Well-being: Societal well-being involves the employee’s engagement within their broader community, culture, and environment. It reflects a sense of belonging, social responsibility, and connection to a larger purpose beyond work.
FINANCIAL Well-being: This aspect relates to how well an employee manages their financial resources, which affects their sense of security and peace of mind. Financial well-being impacts stress levels and overall job satisfaction, as financial security allows employees to focus more on their work and personal goals.
PHYSICAL Well-being: Physical health, which includes energy levels, vitality, and general fitness, is essential for an employee’s ability to meet the demands of their job
