Which are the main strategies to reach the not so strategic clients?
There are 2 main strategies:
- Omnichannel
- Multichannel
Explain Omnichannel
Today it’s considered the main goal for a company.
The idea behind this strategy is that a client can contact the company through any channel and expect the same experience in any chosen channel. Everything, from the value proposition, to prices, to experience must be equal through every channel.
There are some difficulties behind this strategy, because a company must behave the same both in direct (directly managed by the company) and indirect (agents, dealers, …) channel
Explain Multichannel
With this strategy the aim is to divide each channel management based on the type of client, so that each type of customer has its own channel to communicate with the company

The planning and coordination of all activities of parties within a specific supply chain to provide the end customer with a product which adds value
What is fundamental for a good Supply Chain Management?
The responsiveness of the supply chain and the integration of all organizations that are part of it

The logistics management is in charge of coordinate those forward and reverse flows of info, services and goods between the point of origin and the point of consumption
