BPA & Phthalates:
Chemicals found in plastics, potentially harmful.
bioaccumulation:
Toxins build up in an organism over time.
biomagnification:
Toxins increase in concentration up the food chain.
Water Pollution
Harmful to aquatic life and humans; causes diseases and disrupts ecosystems.
Precautionary Principle:
Act to prevent harm, even without full scientific evidence.
Innocent Until Proven Guilty:
The opposite view; requires proof of harm before action.
