Metre
The rhythm/heartbeat of a poem. It is created by the emphasis is put on certain syllables in a stanza.
Rhyme
Two words have the same suffix or sound the same as another word. In poetry it is normally placed at the end of the line.

A way of describing something by comparing it to another thing using ‘like’ or ‘as’.
