Define how ozone (o3) gets made

In the stratosphere, O2 molecules are split into single atoms of oxygen when they absorb ultraviolet radiation. Ozone is then created when a single O atom collides with an O2 molecule. This must happen in the presence of a third, neutral, molecule.
