Being honest and acting with strong moral principles

Doing the right thing - acting in a way that society typically thinks is ‘right’ and ‘good’.

An ethical decision is one that is both legal and meets the shared ethical standards of the community

What does ESG stand for
Environmental, social and Governance
What is the purpose of ESG
It is linked to ethics in that it assesses whether a company is ‘doing the right thing’.
What is impact investing
It involves investing money whilst generating a return but also is targeted at having a positive impact on society or the environment.
What is microfinance
Tries to make an impact on low income or unemployed individuals who would not normally have access to conventional financial services.
