What is self development?
Self development is improving yourself. How you: build on your strengths, improve your weaknesses, develop your life skills and become the best person you can be.
Give an example of self development.
1) Jabu knows he needs to improve the way that he manages his time. So he now: keeps a diary and plans each day, does not waste time and if there is something that needs to be done he tries to do it immediately.
2) Jabu realises he needs to explore his skills and interests more: so he volunteers at the community youth centre and there he is able to develop his leadership skills.
