rule or government of the people

to decide on a settlement that satisfies all parties
What does Diversity mean?
respecting people from all backgrounds
What does Justice mean?
fair treatment of individuals or groups
What does Equity mean?
individuals and groups have the same opportunities
What does Freedom man?
people have the right to think and speak as they wish
What does Representation mean?
elected representatives act on behalf of citizens
What does Society mean?
people who share the same government and the same rules and laws
What does Constitution mean?
the supreme or most important law of the land
What does Citizen mean?
a person who contributes to the society in which he or she lives; the person may be born in the country or may apply if he or she moves into the county from another country
What does Issues mean?
concerns or problems that affect the community
What does Fact mean?
a statement that can be proven to be true
What does Opinion mean?
what some one believes, but cannot be proven to be right or wrong
