Q
What is the difference between a light and an electron microscope?
A
ELECTRON MICROSCOPE
- Can be used down to nanometre scale
- Large and expensive
- Complicated to use
- Samples need ro be prepared and dead
- Cannot produce colored image
- SEM(scanning) and TEM(transmission)
- Have a higher resolution(the ability to differentiate between two separate objects or points)
