What is IT?
Information Technology.
Methods, inventions, standards and products. IT refers to Raw technology, concerns only with hardware, software and data components.
What is the difference between IT and IS?
IT by itself will not help and organization achieve its goals. Only when it is intergrated in IS.
What is the ICT sector?
Information and Communication Technology sector.
Provides products and services that other industries rely on to get their work done. (Banks, insurance, retail)
