Define Paradigm
Is a model or pattern based on a set of rules that defines boundaries and specifies how to be successful with in these boundaries
Define paradigm shifts
occur when a new model based on a new set of rules replaces the old rules we establish new boundaries and we allow more problems to be solved
Define paradigm paralysis
occurs when someone or some organization is stuck on the idea that what was successful in the past will be successful in the future

are individuals who have the courage to move forward and to break existing rules when success is not guaranteed
