The New Testament deals with the history and application of redemption wrought by the Lord.

Dialectal materialism and Darwinian evolution. Their influence started the belief that the Bible was to be treated like any other ancient book.

The study of the doctrine of the Bible.

The determination of what did or did not belong in the Bible.
