What are beliefs?
The ideas and understandings of a person holds to be true
What are values?
The ideas and understandings that people hold on to be important to who they are
What is individualism?
When a person wants the right to choose what’s best for them and does not want any sort of government involved
What is collectivism?
When a person believes in change and everything is better in a group and wants government
What is an ideological spectrum?
A diagram on which ideologies can be organized according to a particular criteria
What is worldview?
A collection of beliefs about life and the universe held on to by a person or group
What is an Ideology?
A system of thoughts based on beliefs and values that include ideas about how the world works
What is capitalism?
An economic system based on free markets, fair competition, wise consumers, and profit motivated producers
What is communism?
An ideology based on the belief that the oppressed working class must overcome its property owning oppression through revolution
What is an economic spectrum?
A trade that Max’s resources and productivity or maxing resource life
