provides a starting point for finding information about specific areas of interest

Inserting and formatting text and inserting images or links in a webpage using a web development tool are similar to creating a document in a word processor
Challenges to using web development tools
Might look different than what you see in browser. Unnecessary codes create large, slow-loading webpages. Might not use latest markup language standards.
