necessaries Supplied to Minor/Unsound mind:
amount can be recovered if:
> If necessities of life
> Supplied to minor/unsound mind, or dependent.
> Reasonable Price can be recovered.
> From Property of minor/unsound mind

money paid by another person by interested person:
> interested party paid.
> payment must be such that other party was bound by law to pay.
> payment should be for protection interested party’s own interest.

Non-Gratuitous Act;
> Act (goods/services) is Non-gratuitous.
> Act is lawful
> Other party enjoyed the benefit.

Finder of Goods;
DUTIES: > take reasonable care (as man take care of its own goods), and
> trace true owner.
Rights: > retain goods, until true owner is not found
> sell goods (if perishable nature, or lawful charges
equal 2/3rd of value or more of value of good).

Goods/Money Delivered by Mistake or Coercion:
a person to whom money paid or something delivered by mistake or under coercion ,must repay or return it
