Dermatome: Entire cheek, Posterior cheek, temporal area, prolongation under mandible

Dermatome: Shoulder area, clavicle, upper scapular area
Myotome: Trapezius, Levator scapulae

Dermatome: Deltoid area, ant aspect of arm to base of thumb
Myotome: Supraspinatus, infraspinatus, deltoid, biceps

Dermatome: Anterior arm, radial side of hand to thumb and index finger
Myotome: Biceps, supinator, wrist extensors

Dermatome: Lateral arm and forearm to index long and ring fingers
Myotome: Triceps, wrist flexors

Dermatome: Medial arm and forearm to long, ring and little fingers
Myotome: Ulnar deviators, thumb extensors, thumb adductors

Dermatome: Back upper buttock anterior thigh and knee, medial lower leg
Myotome:psoas, quadriceps, thigh atrophy

Dermatome: Medial buttock, lateral thigh medial leg dorsum of foot big toe
Myotome: Tibialis anterior, extensor hallucis

Dermatome: Buttock post and lateral thigh, lat aspect of leg, dorsum of foot, medial half of sole, first, second and third toes
Myotome:Extensor hallucis, peroneals, g medius, dorsiflexors, hamstring and calf atrophy
S1
S2
Dermatome: Buttock, thigh and leg posterior
Myotome: calf, hamstring, wasting of gluteals, peroneals, plantar flexors
S2 same as S1 except no peroneal weakness
S3
Dermatome: Groin, medial thigh to knee
Myotome: None
S4
Dermatome: Perineum, genitals lower sacrum
Myotome: Bladder, rectum
