What is aggression
Defense mechanism, manifested by constructive or destructive acts toward self or others, can lead to physical or verbal violence

What is anger
Emotions triggered in response to threats, insulting situations, or anything that seriously hampers the intended actions of an individual
What does anger build into?
Bitterness and it becomes unconscious hurt and breeds a desire to get even
