3 A’s- Awareness -To create a +ve image of the org the msg must reach the intended audience effectively
Acceptance- the audience must understand what the msg intends to communicate. They must agree with the msg.
Action- Audience must give feedback to the org accordingly
PR and Communication
Communication plays an important role in effective PR:

Importance of PR Experts
1.Practice of enhancing an org reputaion and image in the minds of target audience through ethical means (regular interaction, press release, newsletters, interviews, events functions, hiring a celebrity as a brand ambassador, involvement in charitable activities.
2.Strive hard to maintain a cordial relationship betw the org (key members) and stakeholders investors employees partners and so on.
3.PR managers key resp is to ensure a free flow of info.
