Define Place Marketing.
Marketing or public relations companies may be employed by national and local government to improve or create positive perceptions of places.
Define Rebranding.
Developing a place to reposition its image and change people’s idea of it, helping to ‘sell’ the place to a target audience.
Define Regenerating.
Positively transforming the economy of a place that has displayed symptoms of decline.
Define Reimaging.
Positively changing the standard and reputation of a place through specific improvements eg increasing cultural identity or sporting excellence.
Define gentrification.
When the status of an inner urban area which has become unfashionable and neglected is upgraded and the status is improved Eg London Docklands, Newcastle Quayside.

Its an organisation or group of people that are identified by a particular name.
