What are interventions? (2 kinds)
Activities, actions or events intended to help the organization change
Intervention activities; single meeting, event, workshop
Intervention strategy: a series of events
Push intervention
Push interventions involve a top-down or directive approach to change. In this approach, the change is driven by leaders or authorities within the organization
Pull intervention
Pull interventions involve a more participatory or collaborative approach to change. In this approach, the change is initiated or driven by the members of the organization or the system itself.
