Blanc de Noirs Brut, Champagne NV
Grape: 100% Pinot Noir
Region: the town of Gye in the Aube (also known as the Cote de Bar, in the Southern most part of Champagne)
Tasting Notes: Although not a rose, the wine itself is slightly pink in color, due to the use of 100% red grapes. Red fruit driven sparkling wine, that is creamy on the palate, medium in body, and medium plus in acidity. This is fantastic palate cleanser to have between a lighter course and something more rich and savory.
