Founded in 1932 by Pierres great great great grandfather
Located in the southernmost Cote de Bar (warmer, more experimental producers, Blanc de noirs)
Near the village of Culles-sur-Ource in the Siene River Valley known as Barsequanais
Entirely estate-owned organic North & South facing slopes (11 vineyards)
Kimmeridgian and portlandian limestone soils
Uses nitrogen instead of SO2
“Tradition Brut”
75% PN, 20% Pinot Blanc, 5% Chardonnay
70% 2021, 30% reserve wine back to 1991 solera style
Spontaneous ferment, 90% SS, 10% 300L French oak
24-30 months on the lees
