What is a chaari bedha?
The movement of a single foot, the beginning and ending being a Sthaanaka

Hands both in pathaka, dragging and joining heel of one foot to other; moving like a leech

Striking ground with heels, toes, or soles
Lutitha
Swasthika position of feet, striking ground with fore part of foot
Lolitha Chaari
After kuttana, foot is moved forward slowly without touching the ground
Vishama
Left foot circled by right, right circled by left - alternatively, moving forward
