human resource management

why is the Hawthorne study still being taught (5)
- The story is too good not to be true (the story of employees who worked harder because they received human attention)
- The original researchers published biased and selective reports – others just didn’t fact check them
- The underlying message is correct
- The story is good for psychologists
- The story is also good for management
