Vitamin C makes collagen
Vitamin D is for calcium absorption
Where do you find hyaline cartilage in bone?
Lining your joints and caps at the ends of your bones (like articular cartilage)
What structures does long bones have?
Diaphysis, Epiphysis, Medullary Cavity, Metaphysis, Compact Bone, Spongy Bone
What type of bone marrow is in the diaphysis of long bones of adults?
Yellow Bone Marrow
Where do you find red bone marrow in adults?
In your axial skeleton. skull, vertebrae, hips

Osteoblast
This bone cell breaks down bone and osteoid, is multinucleated, and is in charge bone resorption
Osteoclast
This bone cell is made from osteoblast, matured bone cells, communicators that detect stress and trigger new bone formation
