What does the term “adverse conditions” mean? Name four different types of adverse conditions that can affect driving. (you may have to look up the word adverse to answer the first part fo the question).
conditions that have a negative or harmful effect on something, essentially creating obstacles or difficulties that work against a desired outcome, like heavy rain, snow, fog, or extreme heat, but can also encompass unusual road or traffic conditions that hinder progress or create safety concerns.

Turn on the left turn signal before you make the turn and slow down.
Look both ways and make sure that the oncoming lanes are clear.
Make the turn from the designated lane (use left lane).
Do not enter into the right lane. In some states, it is illegal to enter the right lane after the turn is completed
