What is the purpose of a ‘project leader’?
- Develops schedules
- Checks work
- Resolves conflicts
- They ensure that the project is meeting its goals
- Responsible for developing the project plan and ensuring it is implemented correctly
What is participant development?
Participant development occurs when people within the information system develop the solution.
What is a ‘System flowchart’?
A graphical method of representing both the flow of data and the logic of a system.
What is feasibility study?
Short report that analyses potential solutions in terms of
the known constraints and makes a recommendation
What is decision tree?
Is a diagrammatic way of representing all possible combinations of decisions and their resulting actions
What is data dictionary?
Table that describe the data ( Data type, Description,etc.)
What is requirement report?
Report that show what require for the new system
What is Gantt chart?
Bar chart use to show planned time and actual time take and need for the project to finish
