In danger of SBI or death
Enough description that the amber alert will help locate
What should amber alert not be used for
Runaways or parental custody dispute unless danger
Four times to do an amber alert
- abduction with witnesses
- missing with foul play or abduction
- vehicle stolen with child inside
- child is missing and his or her mental capacity have contributed to it
Should you activate amber alert for no evidence of foul play
No
