Only with JOSAC approval
What issues must be reported to JOSAC
- All delays caused by maintenance, weather or late passengers greater than one hour .
- Changes to routing
- Change to number if passengers
- Other changes that affect mission
What is in JOSAC mission pack
- JOSAC flight advisory
- Flight schedule that lists all PPRs and SPINs
- Manifests, POCs, and other pertinent documents for non JOSAC
What is window before new daily inspection is required
72 hours
When do you need to land on weekend at KNBG
Field hours usually 0900 to 1700 or have approval for closed field ops
What is Crew day if supporting JOSAC at location
10 hour mission window followed by 12 hour crew rest
Which five occurrences require exception report
- Flight delay more than one hour
- Did not perform lift as scheduled
- Facilities or services inadequate
- Discrepancy in number of PAX from those scheduled
- VIP scheduled but only non VIP mustered
What is a VIP
- Military officer at or above O6
- Foreign officers from friendly nations of equivalent raink
- GS15 or higher govt employees
- Counselors in charge of consulates of foreign powers
- Other diplomatic personnel
