Disassociation

Derealization
-individual loses sense of reality from the external world
Depersonalization
-individual detaches from body, thoughts, feelings, sense of self
Disassociative Identity Disorder (DID)
-up to 100 personalities/fragments coexist in one body/mind
Persistent Depressive Disorder (PDD)
-Persistent depressed mood, low self-esteem, withdrawal, pessimism, despair
-present for at least 2 years
-no absence in symptoms for over 2 months
