anorexia
lack of appetite
ascites
abnormal accumulation of fluid in the abdomen
borborygmus (plural - borborygmi)
rumbling or gurgling noise produced by the movement of gas, fluid or both in the GI tract

hemolysis, malfunction of hepatocytes due to liver disease preventing the liver from excreting bilirubin with bile or obstruction of bile flow such as from choledocholithiasis or tumor
melena
black, tarry stool, (feces containing digested blood
nausea
sensation of needing to vomit
