The Constitution is Canada’s highest law- it governs for all Canadian. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms is ONE section of the Constitution
Are there limitations on Canadian’s Freedom of Speech?
Yes, speech that can be deemed harmful or hateful towards specific groups of people is not allowed
