Sexual harassment
Unwanted sexual attention that creates an adverse or hostile work environment.
Diversity
The host of individual differences that make people different from and similar to each other. It is not an issue of age, race, or gender. It pertains to the host of individual differences that make all of us unique and different from others.

Discrimination
Occurs when employment decisions are based on factors that are not job related.
Affirmative action
Focuses on achieving equality of opportunity in an organization. Its an artificial intervention aimed at giving management a chance to correct an imbalance, an injustice, a mistake, or outright discrimination that occurred in the past. Does not legitimize quotas. Quotas are illegal.
Managing diversity
Creating organizational changes that enable all people to perform up to their maximum potential.
Workforce demographics
Statistical profiles of the characteristics and composition of the adult working population, are an invaluable human-resource planning aid. (i.e. aging population)
Glass ceiling
Invisible barrier blocking women and minorities from top management positions.
Social categorization theory
Similarity leads to liking and attraction
