Admission
The official entry of a person into a health setting
Entrapment
Getting caught, trapped, or entangles in spaces created by the bed rails, the mattress, the bed frame, the head board, or foot board.
Full visual privacy
Having the means to be completely free from public view while in the bed.

The space, furniture, and equipment used by the person in the agency.
Bath blanket
A covering used for privacy and warmth during bathing, hygiene, and other care measures.
Drawsheet
A small sheet placed over the middle of the bottom sheet to keep the mattress and bottom linens clean.

Reverse trendelenburg’s position
the head of the bed is raise and the foot of the bed is lowered.
fowler’s position
the head of the bed is raise 30 degrees; or the head is raised to 30 degrees and the knee portion is raised to 15 degrees.

the head of the bed is lowered and the foot of the bed is raised.
waterproof underpad
