Failing to report to work as scheduled without proper notice to supervisor, leaving work without permission, arriving late for work on a consistent basis

What shall an employee do if they have lost their driving privileges?

And employee shall report any suspension or revocation of driving privileges to the supervisor immediately if job duties require the operation of a vehicle for county business
