Work Group

What are three reasons working as a team works better than individually?
- The complexity of the work, need for different perspectives
- If the work creates a common purpose or set of goasl in a group that is more than aggregate of individual goals
- If the members of the group interdepend using teams makes sense when; the success of each one, and the success of each one depends on the success of the others
