A

Common iliac, int & external iliac, obturator and pre-sacral nodes. Contour vessels with a 7mm rollerball.

What is the inferior slice of CTV

A

At level of ischia spine, unless distal vaginal involvement then include inguinal region

A

Slice below the aortic bifurcation

If positive common iliac nodes or >3LN then superior border is L2 (renal vein) or 2cm above +LN
