IIA invading upper 2/3 vagina without parametrial invasion

IIIB extension to pelvic wall +/- hydronephrosis/non functioning kidney
IIIC1 pelvic LN
IIIC2 paraaortic LN
What XRT dose is given to involved LN
SIB 55Gy within pelvis, 57.5Gy outside pelvis
What should the OTT be?

What does your CTV-T include?
GTV and remaining cervix, parametrium, uterus, 1st 2cm into vagina below GTV
Describe your elective nodal CTV
Common iliac, int & external iliac, obturator and pre-sacral nodes. Contour vessels with a 7mm rollerball.
What is the inferior slice of CTV
At level of ischia spine, unless distal vaginal involvement then include inguinal region
What is your superior slice of CTV?
Slice below the aortic bifurcation
If positive common iliac nodes or >3LN then superior border is L2 (renal vein) or 2cm above +LN
