ph lays pt zygomatic process in palm of barrier side hand
index finger MCP of other hand on atlas (thumb should be in zygomatic process area)
thrust is rotational to barrier.
may need SB or F/E to engage barrier.

ph lays pt zygomatic process in palm of barrier side hand
index finger MCP of other hand on occiput (side that is facing ceiling) AVOID mastoid process
slight flexion or neutral to relax OA joint.
sideband by using forearm to lift tip of head to ceiling
slight traction
pt inhales and at end of exhalation thrust is towards opposite orbit
