Cervical cases Flashcards
CERVICAL CASE 1: CINI on colposcopy
CINI: observe and repeat colposcopy (will resolve in 60%)
CERVICAL CASE 2 CINII on colopscopy
CINII: need LEEP or cone biopsy to rule our invasive
CERVICAL CASE 3: 2mm deep and 3mm wide invasive on cone biopsy, LVI-negative
Low-risk IA1: simple hysterectomy, consider fertility sparing cone resection if desires pregnancy
CERVICAL CASE 4: 3mm deep and 3mm wide invasive on cone biopsy, LVI-positive
High-risk IA1: needs radical hysterectomy/LNDx because of LVI-positive
CERVICAL CASE 5: 2cm cervical cancer localized to cervix (no further disease identified)
IB1: radical hysterectomy + LNDx only.
CERVICAL CASE 6: cervical lesion extending into parametria on exam or imaging
IIB: cis/RT definitive
CERVICAL CASE 7: cervical ca extending into vagina
III: cis/RT definitive
CERVICAL CASE 8: cervical ca, de novo lung mets
IVB: palliative cisplatin-based chemo
CERVICAL CASE 9: cervical ca, invasion into rectum on imaging
IVA: cis/RT definitive
