choose any field and click “align field to isocentre group”
then pick PTV
round off x and z coordinates

-RC ref point in tab
-“new ref point and location”…. patient volume=PTV
-change ID to new ref point
-go to reference point organizer and remove old reference point
-move new reference point to isocentre by RC reference point in tab
