maternal infections, injuries, toxins, maternal age
Peri and Postnatal causes of CP
premature birth, delivery complications, postnatal infection, trauma
Spastic CP
Cerebrum and affects muscles
Athetosis CP
Basal ganglia and affects involuntary movement
Ataxic CP
Cerebellum and affects balance
Hemiplegic
Both limbs on one side of the body
Diplegia
Major impairment of lower limbs and minor impairment of upper limbs
