Fundoscopy: pappiloedema, optic atrophy
GI exam: stigmata of CLD
Peripheral neuropathy
Assess thyroid status
Assess malignancy: clubbing, horners, breast exam
Friedreich’s: pes caves, pyramidal and dorsal column signs in LL
