A

D- dysdiadochokinesia, dysmetria (past-pointing), patients may appear ‘drunk’
A- ataxia (limb, truncal)
N- nystagmus (horizontal = ipsilateral hemisphere)
I- intention tremor
S- slurred staccato speech, scanning dysarthria
H- hypotonia
