Q

A258 A

A

governor with consent of central government entrusts that central government with any executive function of the state government So you have to take consent of the person you are entrusting that function on right I mean you cannot just go up and tell any government that you need to start working on this right you have to have their sanctions so the president will take the consent of the state government and then will confer any executive function of the centre on that state government conversely the governor will have to take the consignment central government and then impose an executive power of the state government on that central government there’s only one central government
